Just a few rules when in GLPS.

Duh... I thought.

Who on earth is going to date with these super ugly guys?

It's unnecessary  to even put it down in the student hand book!!

I slammed the book and threw it aside where my other books are.

Our room is shared by 3 girls.
One of them is Olivia, another is Jessie, and my name is Anny.
Olivia totally looks like one of the celebrities.
Jessie looks like a cat and has great celebrity talent.
On the other hand, I am irrelevant to celebrities at any conditions.
I lack beauty(duh), singing and dance talents, and body line.. 
I'll stop mentioning about.. my dark side. :P
Well... at least I'm not fat.


Anyways, Jessie is who I'm going to talk about.
Jessie is like a goddess.
She has white skin, flexible(?) hair, average height, slim body, and cute eyes.
On top of that, she is an amazing singer and dancer.
It wouldn't be any harm if she became an idol right now!


As you might've expected, she gets like a ton of attention from these...boys.
Don't you start of thinking about Justin-Bieber-Like or Song-Joongi-Like boys...
I'm talkin' about UGLY boys.
Our room mates can't deny the fact that there are zero-cute-guys in this camp.
It might be because our expectations of our future boy friend is too high, but still.
There aren't.


So let's talk this straight.
There are top 2 guys who are in crash with Jessie.
One of them is Pig-Cholera, and the other one is called Lee Mann-ki, the 'ssrim(씨름)  player'.
Pig-cholera is the least-human-being-looking-person I've ever met.
He has pimples all over his humongous face
He's body is compacted with fat and he even dyed his hair dirty yellow!


Lee Mann-ki is the shorter one.
There's nothing much too talk about him...YET.


One day, Pig-Cholera asked Mann-ki to get Jessie's phone number, not knowing that Mann-ki, too, liked Jessie.
Of course, Jessie and other roomates clearly refused to give her phone number to him.
At that time, we all thought that only pig liked Jessie.
However, it wasn't true.

Mann-ki, who also likes Jessie, tried to get Jessie's phone number, saying that he was asked to. But he was going to keep it for himself.
Thanks to me(ha), we strongly resisted to share Jessie's phone num.
I gave him looks and few.. words with him.
He looked angry and upset.
I felt really sorry when I went back to my room, until the day after that day.

Mann-ki somehow found out Jessie's phone number and kept calling her!!!
He tried to sound like different person every time he calls,
but he made a major problem.
His voice tone and sound were same!!
But unfortunately, he himself didn't know :P




To tell you guys the conclusion,
Jessie kicked his hieny(aka=butt) right to him trough the phone.


Mann-ki went to find his new.... girlfriend.

Out my Window




out my window trailer:

     Out my window is a 360º documentary about different people, living in different highrise. There are 14 windows in a highrises(aka apartments), occupied by different people from all around the world. As for me, I was assigned to compare my life and Amchok's life. When you go to the website(Out My Window website), you get to choose a person. If you click the top left, you'll meet Amchok. I chose him because he lived in Canada. I, too, once lived in Canada, so I felt a strange connection to this Toronto guy.

     Firstly, I want to talk about the view Amchok and I get to see out of our windows. When I look out my window from our apartment, I see a bunch of buildings, playgrounds, students, and cars. Since there is an elementary school right beside our apartment, we always get to see a lot of students or parents who pick up their children. Amchok somewhat sees a similar view like mine when he looks out the window. Currently, he is living in an apartment just like me. But when he was young, he used to live in an animal tent which had a lot of holes during summer, or a house made out of mud. Whenever he looked outside those holes, he could see animals. Horses, sheep, and cattle, Because he lived on Tibet, he didn't have chance to take a close look at motor vehicles. He said that once in two or perhaps, three years, an airplane would roar by over the amazed eyes of Tibetans. On the other hand, I see an airplane like twice a day and about a hundred cars! I suddenly felt a cultural difference between Amchok and me.

     At one point of a video, it said that Amchok was one of the 2,000 Tibetan in exile, living in Toronto, who escaped Chinese controlled Tibet by walking to India over the mountains. What would it be like if North Korea invaded South Korea, so my family had to run away to somewhere else? What would it be like if our family was the only Koreans existing? How would Amchok feel? It's a feeling that cannot be imagined. I could feel from his sorrowful eyes that he suffered. He couldn't have survived if it wasn't for his wife. His life was at the edge till his wife and children saved him.

     Another factor that Amchok and I am alike is that we both like music. He is very talented at playing instruments. He said he didn't play music for his own interest and hobby, but for His Holiness, the Dalai Lama. Last year, he was even invited in Ottawa officially to sing for His Holiness last year! His currently favourite instrument is draynen. (the picture at the right shows the image.) I play violin and I would love to play electronic guitar. Even though my fingers are really short, I like to play string-instruments. Whenever I practice my violin, I feel pain in my fingers but on the other hand, it relaxes my soul. Just like what Amchok said. He said music can transform hearts and give solace and peace to unhappy souls. He even said that music brought him freedom of life, human rights, and a country where he belongs. I could feel how he adored music like a child but at the same time, a life saver. I wish that someday in my life, I would be able to love any instruments so that I could depend on it whenever I need to.

     There is a music video of Amchok and his family singing an ancient Tibetan song. They were going around and around in circle, looking as joyful as they can be with Amchok playing draynen. The music video is accessible of watching it in 360º paranormal view. This video showed me a clear characteristic of Tibetan song. I wish I could represent traditional Korean music proudly, and celebrate it with my friends and family. But firstly, I would have to learn a Korean instrument first. I wish to learn Jang-gu when I come into KMLA, hopefully.

    As one can see, there are some similarities but also differences between Amchok and me. We both like music and we live in a highrise. Despite some differences between us, I believe that those differences gave me an opportunity to understand and at least get an idea of people who suffered through something that I did not.

Friendence : Study of friends  (from Anny's dictionary   yeah)

Our class is made out of 5 boys and 7 girls.
I would like to name a few.

As you can see, there are nick-names for all students. Mine is Lady Jane Grey :P
Our nick-names are made from our special characteristics or clothings. For instance, 'Llama' was named(?) after her 'Llamacorn' hoodie she wore once. (girl on the left...isn't she CUTE?? LOL)
Anyways, I will continue my new study, 'friendence'.


You might've noticed that there is no such word as 'friendence'.. Of course because I made it.. hahaha




Now really let me move on to my study of 'friendece'.
Every people on the earth has there own unique characteristics.
Someone might like rock when someone like R&B. Someone likes to read when someone likes to play sports! People also have different condition of friends. Some likes people who look cool when some other likes cutie-pie. 
As one can see, the whole concept of friend is different to each and every people all around the world!


But there are some characteristics that most people want from their friends.
A person with nice face, body, kind, humorous, somewhat smart and rich, generous, and has a sense of concept has 99.99% of being famous! But please, nobody is perfect. I mean look at the requirements I had just listed! The sum of each requirements equal to 'perfect human-being', or 'god/goddess'. But that's what the society wants for friend.


Let's go back to our classmates.
There is a specific categories which separates them into different... teams.
